That’s why we offer a calm, supportive environment with a method designed to help you thrive — no matter your age or ability.
Whether you’re a complete beginner, returning to swimming after years or simply want to refine your technique our one-to-one coaching is tailored to meet your goals and comfort level.
💧 Fear of Water – Beginners
Overcoming the fear of water takes more than courage — it takes the right guidance. Many adults feel embarrassed to admit they can’t swim or are nervous around water but at NAGER London we take that first step with you gently and respectfully.
Through our proven, step-by-step method we help you feel safe, supported and relaxed in the water — building confidence through calm breathing, balance and floatation techniques. This programme consists of two levels and is designed to make even the smallest progress feel empowering.
🌊 Beginners (Non-Fearful)
For adults who are new to swimming but not afraid of water; this programme focuses on developing solid fundamentals: breath control, balance, floatation and efficient body movement. Our goal is to help you move freely and confidently, without reliance on pool aids. This programme also includes two levels.
🏊♂️ Improvers to Advanced
If you already know how to swim but want to improve we’ll work on refining your technique and building flow. You'll gain a better understanding of stroke biomechanics, breathing and how to maximise your energy and movement in the water.
We cover all four strokes across four progressive levels, focusing on performance, efficiency, and ease.
