A Few Essentials

Terms & Conditions

Just the practical bits from booking and cancellations to travel fees and voucher use so everything flows smoothly from poolside to payment.

Terms & Conditions

By booking or attending swimming lessons with NAGER London, you agree to the Terms & Conditions set out below, which form part of your booking agreement.

These terms may be updated where reasonably necessary. Any relevant changes will be communicated and will not retrospectively alter the terms of an existing paid booking unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

Booking

NAGER London operates year-round, with lesson availability arranged around coaching schedules, venue availability and published school term dates.

For new clients, lesson details, including dates, times and venues, will be agreed in advance.

All booking communications will be sent to the person named on the booking confirmation. Please notify NAGER London of any changes to your contact details.

Lessons are confirmed once the booking arrangements have been agreed and the required payment has been received.

New Clients

New clients may be asked to book an initial standalone coaching session before committing to a regular coaching programme.

Where a client subsequently moves onto an eligible coaching programme within 14 days of the initial standalone session, part of the initial session fee may be credited towards that programme, where agreed by NAGER London.

Any coaching programme subsequently booked will be subject to its standard pricing, validity period and coaching continuity requirements.

Parents & Guardians

The coaching session begins when the instructor takes responsibility for the swimmer at the agreed meeting point and ends when the swimmer is returned to their parent, guardian or designated collection point.

Outside the coaching session, the swimmer remains the responsibility of their parent or guardian.

Parents or guardians of children are required to remain on the pool premises for the duration of the lesson unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in advance.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and must be redeemed within the stated validity period.

Gift vouchers may be redeemed against the coaching service, programme or monetary value stated on the voucher. They may not be used to alter programme pricing, package validity periods or coaching continuity requirements.

Once a gift voucher is redeemed against a coaching programme or package, the standard validity period and coaching terms of that programme will apply from the date of the first lesson.

A gift voucher redeemed against The Flow Form, The Fast Track or the Fear of Water Programme remains subject to the attendance and validity requirements of the relevant programme.

Gift vouchers are not intended to convert regular programme pricing into occasional, irregular or ad hoc coaching. Where lessons are required on a standalone or irregular basis, the applicable standalone coaching rate will apply.

Once redeemed, gift vouchers are non-refundable except where otherwise required by law.

Lessons are subject to coaching schedule and venue availability. Advance booking is recommended.

Payment

Payment is required in advance to secure all lessons and coaching programmes.

Payment can be completed using the secure payment link provided at the time of booking or through the payment method stated on the relevant invoice.

For overseas clients and international payments, alternative payment arrangements, including Wise or PayPal, may be agreed in advance.

If your payment or contact details change, please contact NAGER London so that our records can be updated.

Where another person, company, assistant or representative arranges or pays for coaching on behalf of the swimmer, the person making the booking remains responsible for ensuring that the relevant booking and payment terms are understood.

Failure by a third party to make payment does not remove responsibility for any agreed and outstanding fees.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Lessons are reserved exclusively for the client and payment is required in advance.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, a minimum of 24 hours' notice must be provided in writing.

Where at least 24 hours' notice is given, the lesson may be rescheduled within the validity period of the original coaching programme or package, subject to availability.

Providing notice does not extend the original validity period of a coaching programme or package.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, including non-attendance, will normally result in the session being treated as used, reflecting the coaching time reserved exclusively for the client.

Any pool hire, entrance, travel or other third-party costs already incurred or which cannot reasonably be recovered may remain payable.

Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made in writing using the cancellation request form.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.

Package Validity & Coaching Continuity

Coaching programmes are priced according to their intended structure and level of continuity. Programme rates are not intended for occasional, sporadic or ad hoc bookings.

The Flow Form

Four-session packages are intended to be completed within six weeks of the first lesson, with sessions normally attended weekly or with no more than two weeks between lessons.

The Fast Track

Three-session programmes are designed for concentrated coaching and should normally be completed within four weeks of the first lesson.

Sessions may be scheduled weekly or closer together where an intensive coaching format has been agreed.

Fear of Water Programme

Three-session programmes are designed around continuity and progressive confidence in the water and should normally be completed within five weeks of the first lesson, unless an alternative schedule has been agreed in advance.

Standalone & Ad Hoc Coaching

Standalone and ad hoc sessions are booked individually and do not form part of a regular coaching programme or package.

The standalone rate applies to occasional, irregular or one-off coaching appointments.

Where at least 24 hours' notice is provided, a standalone or ad hoc session may be rescheduled subject to availability.

Any rescheduled standalone or ad hoc session must be taken within six weeks of the original lesson date and may be rescheduled once only.

Unused Sessions, Extensions & Exceptions

Unused sessions remaining outside the relevant package validity period will expire unless an extension has been agreed in writing by NAGER London.

Any extension, variation or exception is considered individually and must be agreed in writing.

An extension, variation or exception does not alter NAGER London's standard Terms & Conditions or create an entitlement to the same arrangement for future bookings.

Changes by NAGER London

Where NAGER London needs to cancel or materially change a confirmed lesson, the client will be offered a rescheduled session or another appropriate arrangement.

Where NAGER London cancels a lesson, the cancellation will not count as a used session and will not reduce the client's package entitlement.

Updates to These Terms

NAGER London may update these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary.

Relevant changes will be communicated to affected clients. Changes will not retrospectively alter the terms of an existing paid booking unless agreed with the client or required by law.

These Terms & Conditions are intended to support clear, fair and consistent booking arrangements and the smooth delivery of coaching services.‍ ‍
